2. Documents for application of re-issuance of investment project certificates
In order to submit application form for re-issuance of the investment registration certificate, investors need to prepare these documents, which includes:
- A copy of investment registration certificate
- An application form for re-issuance of the investment registration certificate
- Authorization letter for the individual or organization to act on behalf of the investor to carry out the procedures for applying for an Investment Registration Certificate (if any);
3. Procedures for re-issuance of investment project certificates

- Step 1: investors submit application form for re-issuance of the investment registration certificate
- Step 2: Department of Planning and Investment grant the investment registration certificate after receiving the application
Form: investors submit the application by: submitting through post offices or directly at the headquarters of the state administrative (In case the investor authorizes another person to carry out the procedures, the authorized person must present a personal legal document, an authorization letter to submit the dossier to receive the results in accordance with the provisions of law or contract between the investor and the service organization)
Duration for receiving and processing the documents: competent agencies process the documents within 05 working days from the receipt of the application form.
